With decades of experience in engineering and building, Abi knows what it takes to construct homes and businesses that aren’t only beautifully designed but also safe and secure.

With Abdi’s supervision, Inspections Engineering offers services in Civil and Structural, Architectural, MEP (Mechanical and Electrical) Grading and Drainage plans for residential and commercial buildings (new designs, additions, ADU, soft story building, seismic analysis and retrofit, value engineering and cost analysis for construction, providing grading and drainage plans, water management plan prior and post construction, SB-326 Balcony Inspection, SB 9 Lot Split.

He’s a celebrated expert in developing Building Inspection Report, Geotech report, Land Surveying and MEP Engineering, and is capable to design any type of roadways and any type of Civiland Public work.

Michell Nunez, MS, JD

Although most of my market research is conducted using analytics, I love biking to the farmer’s market and stopping at all the open houses on the way. It gives me great insight into current real estate trends and I always appreciate talking with seasoned professionals about what they see on the horizon.
